Last year, homelessness in New Jersey rose by over w10 percent. So we’re leaving our seats and hitting the streets to support our friends who struggle with homelessness, addiction, and mental illness. It’s not enough to sympathize-- people of faith must take action (James 2:14-17)! On Saturday, May 4th (6pm), everyone is invited to join Liquid Church for a “Spring SleepOut” to raise awareness and life-giving resources for those living on the streets. We’ll provide the cardboard and hot soup-- you step away from social media and modern comforts and sleep outside for a cause. For each participant who sleeps out overnight in our cardboard city, Liquid will donate $30 to the ministry of New York City Relief (30th Anniversary) who provide 1-1 care, counseling, rehab, and resources for men and women impacted by homelessness. The Spring Sleep Out will start on Saturday (May 4) at 6pm and end Sunday (May 5) at 6am followed by a breakfast and special service at Liquid
