Join Us This Winter For A 21-Day Church-Wide Fast!

This January, we’re uniting to participate in a powerful spiritual discipline called a FAST, when we’ll refrain from certain foods for a spiritual purpose for 21-days. Last year during our FAST All-Church Groups Experience, we witnessed powerful breakthroughs – from marriages healed, to babies born and chains of addiction broken!

So, what is a meaningful sacrifice for you in this season? Here are some options to consider for your fast this January:

#1) Full 21-Day Fast: Follow the Daniel Fast diet of no meats, sweets, bread, alcohol, or soda…and instead eat fruits, vegetables and drink water! #2) Modified Fast: Try fasting one day a week (or one meal a day) for the next 21 days, or abstain from alcohol, soda, and caffeine. You can even modify the Daniel Fast diet by adding protein, such as chicken. #3) Non-Food Fast: Consider giving up something else for 21 days, such as social media, TV or Netflix!

What Is Fasting All About? For 21 days starting on Monday, January 14th, you’re invited to join us at Liquid Church as we start 2019 by putting God first over doughnuts and cheeseburgers and soda and chocolate! Believe it or not, our living and eating habits have spiritual connections & we want to help you experience a sense of renewal in your life! At the end of the 21 days we believe we will hear amazing stories of the many ways that God has worked in us and through us in this season of faithfulness to him.

On Sundays, Pastor Tim will continue to lead us through our First Things First series, but most importantly, we encourage you to pair your fast with PRAYER and the 21-day devotional below to help you make the most of this special season!
