When life gets hard, we can encourage one another. In the midst of a prolonged pandemic, we could all use some encouragement. But what does the Bible say about encouragement? Throughout the Bible, God demonstrates the importance of encouraging one another - and provides ample encouragement for believers during times of difficulty and doubt. To encourage you downcast soul and provide you with resources to help encourage others with Biblical truth, we compiled a list of 10 Bible verses about encouragement.

In the face of discouragement, doubt and despair, it can be hard to see the light on the other side of your circumstances. However, God is here in the waiting - and you can ask Him to shine the light of faith on your predicament. Maybe you're feeling isolated or lonely - Christ is with you in the pain. Maybe you see the troubles of this world and it's hard to think you could possibly make a difference - God through His Holy Spirit can shine light and faith through YOU in a world of darkness!
