Frequently Asked Questions – GIVING

We have 3 ways to give at Liquid Church:

  • ONLINE GIVING: Visit us online at LiquidChurch.com/Give to give simply & securely in seconds!
  • MOBILE GIVING: Text “LIQUID” to 77977 and you’ll receive a link to give right on your phone! You can also give via the Liquid Church App.
  • USE OUR ENVELOPE: Each Sunday you can find an Offering Envelope in your program. Drop it in the popcorn bucket during service or drop it in the mail – it’s postage prepaid!

To submit a new one-time gift at LiquidChurch.com/Give:

  1. Enter your Campus and select GO.
  2. Enter the amount that you want to give.
  3. Under Gift Type, select Give one time.
  4. Complete all fields on the page and select Next.
  5. If you do not have a Pushpay account yet, you will be prompted to create one by verifying your mobile number and entering your name and email address.

    Please Note: If you already have a Pushpay account, you will be prompted to verify your mobile number after confirming your recurring payment details and payment method.

  6. Enter payment method details and click Next.
  7. You will now be prompted to confirm your payment details.

  1. Log in to your account at Pushpay.com/Login
  2. From your Home screen, click add recurring gift or search for a new organization.

    Please Note: If you have not given to an organization through Pushpay before, you will need to search for the organization first.

  3. When asked Repeat this gift? Switch to yes, set up recurring.
  4. When asked How often? Set preferences for frequency.

    Please Note: The first gift will be submitted on the date presented in Starts on.

  5. Verify references and other related details, click Next.
  6. Confirm payment details, enter password and click Save gift.

  1. Open the App > Enter passcode / use Touch ID and click Recurring.
  2. Click new, search for and select your organization, click Create.
  3. Enter amount and select payment method.
  4. Click How Often and set recurring payment frequency, go back to previous screen.

    Please Note: The first gift will be submitted on the date presented in Starts on.

  5. Verify references and other related details, click Give/Save.
  6. Authorize payment with passcode or Touch ID.

A recurring schedule will enable you to set details like the amount and frequency of a payment schedule and let it do the rest of the work for you. Fortunately, when you start a recurring schedule you aren’t stuck with it. We understand there may be the need to modify, pause, or cancel your recurring schedule.

To cancel a recurring payment schedule from the Pushpay app:

  1. Open the App > Enter passcode / use Touch ID and click recurring on the bottom navigation.
  2. Select the recurring payment you wish to cancel.
  3. Click cancel
  4. You should expect to see “Success – You have successfully cancelled this payment schedule. No future payment will occur.”

To cancel a recurring payment schedule from your dashboard:

  1. Login to your Pushpay account at Pushpay.com/Login.
  2. Click Edit under the recurring payments section of your dashboard, on the right hand side.
  3. Click cancel
  4. You should expect to see “Success – You have successfully cancelled this payment schedule. No future payment will occur.”
  5. You may now create a new schedule, if you wish.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover… as well as ACH (bank account) gifts.

“Text To Give” is an easy way to give at Liquid Church. Admit it… you don’t go anywhere without your smart phone! That’s why we want to give you the ability to give securely anywhere at anytime… in under 30 seconds.

Simply text “LIQUID” to 77977 and you’ll receive a link to give right on your phone! Click on that link, choose your campus, and then follow the easy prompts to enter your personal giving information.

This error message usually indicates that your cellular carrier (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint) has the texting to short numbers feature disabled on your account. You can call your cellular carrier and request this feature to be enabled. If you need further assistance contact our IT Department by sending an email to [email protected]

All of your giving is managed in our church database at Liquid Connect. Login to Liquid Connect where you can create a personal giving statement at any time.

Here’s how: Once logged into Liquid Connect, click on “Give” on the left-hand menu. Then click on “Schedules / History” on the top toolbar, and finally click on the “Giving Statement” button on the right-hand side of the page. Now enter your personal search parameters.

Visit Pushpay online at www.Pushpay.com or via the Pushpay app then request a password reset. Next to the “Login” button simply click on “No Password? Forgot?” and you will be redirected to create a new password.

Use this Liquid Connect Password Reset link to reset your password. You’ll be prompted to enter your email address, and then an email will be sent to you with a username and password reset link.

You will need to change your profile in both our giving platforms, Pushpay and our church database, Liquid Connect. Simply login using your previous email address and edit your account. You will find your profile at the top right of the webpage in both systems.

Every January Liquid Church will mail your yearly giving statement. We encourage you to keep your address up to date.

Liquid Connect is our church database. It houses information related to your church activity – such as Groups, Dream Team and Giving . All your giving is maintained in the Financial section of your church profile. This giving includes online and text gifts, gifts mailed to the Church, and offerings you place in the popcorn bucket. If you log into Liquid Connect you may see the total of all your giving. You may download a statement any time you wish.

Pushpay is our online giving platform. All online gifts are managed here. If you set up repeating gifts you will need to login at Pushpay to edit or change any of those gifts. You cannot manage them in Liquid Connect.

Go to Pushpay to MANAGE your ONLINE giving.
